The Business Partners Program supports ALE’s global network of 3,400 partners and delivers a unique partner journey tailored to each organisation. The program, called 360 Partner Experience (360PX), underscores ALE’s strategy to offer flexible business models on premises, in the cloud and in a hybrid model, for private and vertical markets.
This channel partners program is designed to help accelerate partners’ proficiency and growth with ALE’s end-to-end portfolio. It also supports partners as they transition to new solutions and new business models, as well as selling to vertical customers.
The 360 Partner Experience Program (360PX)
Accelerate partners’ growth and transition to new business models
The 360 Partner Experience Program includes the entire ALE solution portfolio in a single framework, from on premises, sold as CapEx, to cloud-based and managed service solutions, sold as a subscription.
A key component of the program is accompanying partners as an increasing number of them transition their offer towards “as a Service” (XaaS) or subscription-based solutions, while continuing to support their CapEx activities. ALE also plans to attract new business partners, particularly those with vertical expertise.
A unique “à la carte” accreditation framework for more flexibility
An important innovation is the “à la carte” accreditation framework. 360PX offers a level of flexibility and modularity that allows partners to focus on their strengths, including leveraging either their sales or services competencies, or as experts in both. Partners can specialize in any, or all of the following solutions: XaaS, CapEx or strategic verticals including healthcare, education, government, transportation, and energy and utilities.
A partner ecosystem to complement each other’s strengths
Today, customers are asking for more complete and complex solutions, which requires the combined skills of diverse experts. ALE facilitates a partner ecosystem that encourages partners to easily collaborate while combining their complementary strengths. The partner ecosystem ensures end-users receive optimal solutions with best-in-class service, as they migrate to increasingly integrated platforms.
